Here you'll find the history of all your swaps. Swaps that have been accepted will show ticked. Use the available drop-downs to filter the date, year and status.
Should you want to reject a swap you requested, before approval, check the 'Reject' box along side the entry and click 'GO'.

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot reject an approved swap. You will need to consult you manager. Rejecting a Pending request can only be done 3 days in advance.

To view your rota schedule, click 'My Rota' from the navigation panel to the left.
