Ad-hoc Cover - Customer Support
Need that additional cover? Begin by selecting the group the cover is required for. If you already manage that group, it is selected by default. You have two choices when setting a 'Rota / Schedule'. You can either create an ad-hoc rota on the fly (if available) or select an entry that already exists. Note: If more than one employee is required, you are automatically given the option to clone the current entry. You can then just make quick small changes when you add the next.
Skill requirements are optional. Select from 'Standard' skills and check which skill sets are required. If a higher skill level is required, choose the option 'Modify selection'. Check along-side the required skill sets in the normal way and select the minimum level required by clicking blue rating band. Note: Higher ratings may not reveal as many employees in the final outputted results.
